Rosetta Sallie Brown, 102, of Joiner, AR passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020. Born November 20, 1917 to Willie and Sally Tyler, Sr., she was a homemaker, a member of the First Baptist Church where she was active in the choir and the mother board. Survivors include her caregiver and special cousin: Evangela Morris; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other family members. She is preceded in death by her husband: Lewis Brown; her parents; daughter: Annette Hopkins; sisters: Doris, Catherine and Elector; brothers: Willie, Jr. and William. We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 50 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
