Jessie M. White, 91, of Benton passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Saline Memorial Hospital Hospice House in Bryant. She was born December 14, 1928 in Bentley, MS to the late Leroy and Maude Bush. Mrs. White had worked a number of years for Owasso in Benton and last worked as a cafeteria hostess in the area.

Her husband, Alton Dennis White, one brother, three sisters, and daughter-in-law Linda White also preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons, Larry White and James White (Susan) all of Benton; three sisters, Lorene Ward of Benton, Jean Kendal of Vardaman, MS, and Linda Gail Lovell of Atkins, AR; five grandchildren, Caroline Martinez, Kellie Fowler (Matthew), Christopher White (Amber), Lauren White, and Sydney White; four great grandchildren, Nicole Aguilera, Courtney Tipple (Sean), Justin Fowler, and Cameron White; five great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2020 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home with Dr. Paul Sheets officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Serving as pallbearers are Mike Ward, Tony Ward, Chris White, Justin Fowler, Matthew Fowler, and Steve Ward.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening, February 6th at the funeral home (315-4047).

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff and nurses at Saline Memorial Hospice for the loving care they gave Mrs. White.
