Thelma O'Connor

Thelma O'Connor, 92, of Bono, Arkansas, passed away Monday, January 13, 2020, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born February 14, 1927, to Thad and Imogene (Harmon) Deniston in Rector, Arkansas. Thelma enjoyed reading, RV-ing, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of sixty-three years, Richard O'Connor; and brother, Doyne Deniston.

Survivors include her daughter, Paula Sartain; granddaughters, Jeanne (Joey) Boyd and Kristina (Shawn) Coggin; great grandchildren, Felecia Smith and Nathan Coggin; great-great grandson, Mark Allen Boyd; brother, Kenneth Deniston; and grandpup, JoJo.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, January 16, 2020, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Jonesboro with Father Mike Sinkler officiating.

All services are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
