Survivors include his wife: Sandra Williams of Joiner, AR; sons: Leon ''Boomer'' (Missy) Williams Jr. of Osceola, AR and Austin (Wendy) Williams of Bassett, AR; daughter: Stacey Richmond of Joiner, AR; grandchildren: Brittani Williams, Savannah Williams, Karissa Williams, Kassidy Williams, Kaylynn Williams, Austin Kyler Williams, Kristi Green, James Richmond, Justin Richmond, Garrett Richmond, Grace Ann Richmond, Erica Richmond, Anna Claire Jowers and Kaley Blankenship; great-grandchildren: Annabelle Richmond, Alaina Richmond, Gabriel Green, Caleb Green and Kaden Green; sisters: Mary Barbara Traverse and Mamie Marie Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandchild: Alicia Williams and Adam Jowers; sister: Ellen Lynette Williams and son-in-law: Clifton Richmond.
