William "Bill" Casey, age 79, of Harrison, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018, at his home. He was born June 7, 1939, in Newton County, Arkansas, the son of Lawrence and Effie (Martin) Casey. Along with his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Casey of Deer; and his son, Roy Casey, of Harrison.

Bill had been a lifelong resident of Boone County, Arkansas. He enjoyed hunting and hiking with friends. Family was EVERYTHING to him.

Bill is survived by his wife, Sharon (Robinson) Casey and daughter Teresa Casey of the home, his son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Taralyn Casey, of Harrison; his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Mike Mallett, of Harrison; his sisters, Peggy Breedlove and Patty Cranford, both of Harrison; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.

There will be no public visitation or service. A private family gathering will be planned for a later date.

The family wishes to thank Hospice of North Arkansas; Connie, Tanner, Angie and Amber and all the staff members who gave such respect, love, and care to Bill; and his family at Lone Beach Church who all meant so much to him.

The family requests that you remember Bill with your fondest memories. As he always said, "I am blessed".
