Kenneth M. Stokes, 88, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening at 5:00 P.M., surrounded by his family at home. He was born October 2, 1929 in Roe, Arkansas. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Snow and Grace Stokes; 2 brothers and a sister; a step daughter; his first wife, the mother of his children, Norma Jean McGee Stokes.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of almost 32 years, Mary Katherine Todd Stokes. He is
survived by a daughter, Judith (Terry) and a son, Stephen (Wendy); and daughters of his wife: Renea Stoevsand (John), Tammy Wiles (Jason), Terri Smith (Bryan) and Kathryn Robertson (Jeremy); one brother and two sisters; also 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Kenneth retired from the Little Rock Airport as General Superintendent after 31 years of service. After retiring, Kenneth and Mary enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. He was a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church and enjoyed attending and traveling with the Senior Adults.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M., Monday, September 24, 2018, at Geyer Springs First Baptist Church with the Dr. Bruce Chesser officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
