Lawrence ''Sonny'' Thomas Dillard Jr., 89, of Manila, passed away September 10, 2018. He was born November 3, 1928 in Heth, AR to Lawrence Sr. and Elizabeth Dillard. He was a retired farmer, 1951 graduate of Mississippi State University, served in the United States Army Counter Intelligence in Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL and he is a member of the Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church of God in Osceola. Survivors include his son: Lawrence (Monica) Dillard III of Wylie, TX; daughters: Elizabeth ''Libby'' (David) Sabella of Mountain Home, AR and Bonnie (Eddie) Wright of Jonesboro, AR; ten grandchildren; sisters: Mary (John) Burrough of Temple, TX and Martha Underwood of Lake Mary, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife: Louise Owens Dillard and his parents. Family request in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church of God, 555 South Ermen Ln, Osceola, AR. 72370
