Becky Ray, age 72, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 in Memphis, Tennessee. Mrs. Ray was born May 9, 1946 in Elaine, Arkansas to the late Richard and Alma Ray. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in West Helena.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bobby Ray; daughter, Vickie Gregory of Helena; seven grandchildren, Tripp Gregory (Amy), Mollie Inman (Nicholas), Jackson Gregory (Ashley), Matt Slane (Whitney), Kelsey Ray, Christian Ray and Jaden Patterson; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Shelia Efurd (Jackie) of Greenland, Arkansas; three brothers, Joe Ray (Joan) of Shiatook, Oklahoma, Doug Ray (Katie) of Vicksburg, Mississippi and Brown Ray (Vallie) of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Chris Ray; son-in-law, Odie Gregory; and brother, Bill Ray.

A funeral service for Becky Ray will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 27, 2018 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Brother Fred Garrison will officiate.

Pallbearers are Jonathan Campbell, John Kelly, Phillip Gregory, Bryan Ray, Steve Jennings and Eric Ray.

Memorials may be made to the Methodist University Liver Transplant Unit.
