Betty Jean Miller Allison, 79, of Kensett, AR, was born to Frank and Marie Miller on June 20, 1938, and went to be with her Lord on February 23, 2018 in Searcy.
Betty was a homemaker and a member of the Kensett First Baptist Church. She loved listening to music and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Betty is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, John A. Allison; son, Ricky Allison (Cindy) of Searcy; two daughters, Sandra Knight (Greg) of Searcy and Shanna Moore of Kensett; four grandchildren, Jennifer Cox(Bryen), Brandon Knight, Garrett Knight, and Allyson Carnitz; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon Gray, Jett Gray, and Londyn Cox; a sister, Mary Frances Lowery (Don) of Searcy; two brothers, Richard Miller (Lynda) and Wayne Miller (Sue) both of Judsonia and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Marie Miller of Judsonia.
Services will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Kensett First Baptist Church, with visitation at 9:00 a.m. and funeral to follow at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at West Point Cemetery.
