William Donald ''Bill'' Tilley ,70, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Baptist Hospital. He was born on May 13, 1947 in Batesville, Arkansas to Roy W. and Audrey Tilley. He retired from Entergy in 2013.

He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Carol (Sanders) Tilley; two sons, Adam Avra, Nathanael (Betsy)Tilley; two daughters, Mary Beth Tilley, and Grace (Ben) Meadors; and three grandchildren, Jackson and Oakley Tilley and Peter Meadors; brother, Roy L. Tilley and three sisters, Linda Strickland, Susie Nix, and Judy Swafford.
