Gene Conner, 77, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at his home. He was born on September 23, 1938 to Halton Harmon Conner and Susie Murl Taylor.

He is survived by three sons, David Conner, of Marianna, Arkansas; Doug Conner (Donna), of Truman, Arkansas; Bo Conner (Wanda), of Turrell, Arkansas; one daughter, Dianne Ward (Chuck), of Marion, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, Bubba Grigsby, Brian Conner, Jessica Mathes, Amanda Freeman, Kevin Conner, Bud Conner, Daniel Conner, seventeen great-grandchildren , one brother, Bob Conner (Debbie), of Sheridan, Arkansas; one uncle, Raymond Taylor and two aunts, Ruby Dean Smith and Leora Reagan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Betty Conner, two brothers, Corky Conner and Tom Conner.

Services for Mr. Conner will be held Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. also at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Marianna Memorial Park.
