Coy Lee Hively, age 82, of Austin, passed away, Saturday, August 15, 2015. He was born on March 14, 1933 in Calico Rock, Arkansas to the late Henry Hayden and Dicie Lewis Hively. His parents and beloved wife, Faye Coker Hively preceded him in death.
Coy was retired from the Unites States Army and the United States Army Reserves. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church of North Little Rock. Coy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed.

Coy is survived by his son, Philip Hively and wife Pat, of Austin; granddaughter, Stacey Tan and husband Edrick, of Austin; great-granddaughter, Jaidyn Tan, of Austin; sister, Wanda Seay and husband Otto, of North Little Rock, and a nephew whom he loved as a son, David Seay.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
