Van Allen Tate, 58, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013.
Van was a pressman at Krueger Printing for 23 yrs. Van was a member of the Bono church of Christ.
He was born in Jonesboro, AR, September 28, 1955 to the late Vernie Ray and Ruby Walton Tate.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ronald Eugene Tate and Eddie Ray Tate, sister Lana Tate Franks.
Van is survived by his wife, Pam Priest Tate, son, Nathan Allen Tate of Bono.
Brother, Roger Dale Tate and sister, Mary Francis Mothershed.
Mr. Tate loved watching basketball and football. He also loved hunting and spending time with his son Nathan, family and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 28, at the Bono church of Christ. Visitation will be from 10 am 12 pm. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 pm at Trinity cemetery.
Richard Akins will officiate. Jim Woodard, Rick Thomas, Barry Priest, Joe Trotter, Maurice Washington and Wayne Tate will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Lloyd, Roger Overfield, Terry Barrett and Arvis Shirley.
