Blanche Lacy Waganer

Blanche Lacy Waganer, 94, of Perryville, Arkansas formerly of Booneville passed away Friday, February 8, 2013. She was born December 31, 1918 to Sam and Dona Lacy near Booneville. During Blanche's working career she worked and retired from American Airlines. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Booneville and Eastern Star. Blanche loved to bake pies and quilting, was always seen with a smile on her face, loved being pampered and complimenting people on their appearance.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 70 years, Henry E. Waganer Sr.; a son Henry E. "Jett" Wagoner Jr.; five sisters, Verna Franks, Ruby Burton, Virginia Oliver, Montez Lacy and Jean Waters; and three brothers, Herbert Lacy, Clarance Lacy and Tom Lacy.

She is survived by her son Larry Waganer and wife Penny of Perryville, Arkansas; four grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and family friends.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Joe Grubbs, Don Oliver, Jordan Wagoner, Jay Greenfield, Trey Greenfield and Wes Hathcote.

A Visitation will be held at 2:00p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Booneville Funeral Service Chapel followed by a Graveside service at Oakhill Cemetery at 3:15 p.m., under the direction of Booneville Funeral Service.
