Thomas "Tommy" Edward Chandler, age 80, of Lonsdale, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011. He was born October 12, 1931 in Tahoka, TX to the late
Clive and Hazel Chandler. He was a member of Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church, member of the Masonic Lodge #34 of Benton, a United States Veteran of the Air Force during the Korean Conflict and loved spending time with friends and family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Strickland and Betty Graves and one brother, Elwayne Chandler.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-six years, Shirley Chandler; two daughters, Rhonda Henley and husband, Jack of Lonsdale and Rita Crow, and husband, John of Benton; one son, Bryan Chandler of Lonsdale; five grandchildren, Melissa Robertson and husband Mark, Candace Chandler, David Crow, Dillon Chandler and Cody Henley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (501-315-4047) with Bro. Wesley Howard officiating. Interment will follow at Ten Mile Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 8, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Harold Moore, Leroy McBryde, Joe McBryde, Murl Tate, David Laslee, and Eddie Tackett.
