Steven Craig Thaemert, age 55, of Harrison, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at his home. Steven was born on July 14, 1955, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Donald Thaemert and Pat (Mielke) Farber. He was preceded in death by his sister, Wendy Thaemert.

Steven was a member of Faith Life church in Branson, Missouri. He was in his high school band playing both the trumpet and French horn. He was also in the Drum Bugle Corp. Steven was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.

Along with his parents, Steven is survived by his daughter, Joy Ann Schreffler, of Harrison; his sisters, Lori Thaemert of Harrison and Susan Thaemert of St. Louis Park, Minnesota; his brothers, Brian Thaemert of Prior Lake, Minnesota and David Farber of Harrison; and a host of other family and many dear friends.

Memorial service was Friday, February 4, 2011, at CrossRoads Community Church, with Pastor Johnny Walters officiating.
