Mark Kent Prater, 51, of West Memphis died January 15, 2011. He was an owner/operator of an oil and gas company.

Survivors include his mother, Wanda Prater Brasfield of West Memphis; sons, Eryk Kent Prater and Blake Evan Prater of West Memphis; sister, Sherrie Lee Harbor of Paris, TN; and brother, Michael David Prater of Marion. He was preceded in death by his father, Max Dale Prater; brother, Randy Max Prater; niece, Robyn Lee Harbor; and grandparents, Eudell and Dovie Kent and Mong and Mable Prater.

A memorial service will be held at 6 PM, Tuesday at Roller Citizens Funeral Home with Brother Harley Kersey officiating.
