Mrs. Lillian Odessa Provence, age 91 of Mountain Home passed away Friday October 15, 2010 at Good Samaritan Care Center. She was born March 11, 1919 in Cave City, AR to Elmer Lowen Miller and Eula Mae Chaudoin Miller. She married Burl Woodrow Provence on Sept. 17, 1938. She was retired from Baxter Healthcare.

She is survived by 4 children: Paul (Liv) Provence of San Bernadino, CA, Alice (Bill) Preis of Godfrey, IL, Linda (Jarroll) Chapman of Mountain Home, AR and Larraine (Roger) Buresh of Gassville, AR; 9 Grandchildren: David Preis, Sandra (Mike) Hornsey, Jackie Brinlee, Cheryl Donahue, Paula Browning, Cynthia (James) Spann, Chris (Rachel) Buresh, Dana Cockrum and Bryan (Jennifer) Buresh; 10 great grandchildren: Nicholas Browning, Jake Donahue, Caelen Cockrum, Evan Cockrum, Skye, Brandon, Corbin, Lillian, Abby & William Buresh; 2 brothers: Oras (Ola Mae) Miller of Cave City, AR and J.C. (Mary) Miller of Tulsa, OK; a sister: Ella Jean (Coy) Vest of Fort Smith, AR; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Burl Provence in 1962.

Visitation will be from Noon until Nine PM Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 until 8 PM. Funeral services, conducted by Reverend Dr. Michael Shy will be 10 AM Monday, October18, 2010 at Roller Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Clinic.
