Thomas "Rick" Smith of Little Rock went to be with his Heavenly Father on January 27, 2010. Thomas better known as Rick was born in Pocahontas, Arkansas on March 13, 1947. Rick was a loving husband and father, who loved the Lord and truly cared about the salvation of others. Rick was a member of Wellington Village Assembly of God and served the church in many ways.

He is survived by his wife Debra Smith of Little Rock, son Perrin Smith of Powhatan, Arkansas, daughter Olivia Smith of Little Rock and stepson Brandon Ball of Little Rock; mother Snow White McCoy; brothers Ron Smith of Bono, Michael Smith of Jonesboro, Robert Smith of Cherokee Village; sister Belinda Williams of Truman; two grandchildren Blake Smith of Jonesboro and Megan Hollis of Prairie Grove; and a host of relatives and friends.

Rick was preceded in death by his father Carl D. Smith; brothers Don Smith, Victor Smith and his son Richard Bradley Smith.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 1, 2010 at Wellington Village Assembly of God with Reverend Joe Jackson officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m., Sunday at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (501)224-8300.
