Warren Ralph Spivey, III, 62, of Helena-West Helena passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009 in Helena. Mr. Spivey was born November 28, 1946 to Warren Spivey, Jr. and Jerry Oldham Tate.

He is survived by his wife, June Spivey; stepson, Brian Mitchell; sisters, Jane Montgomery and Jean Peters; stepsiblings, Jodie, Debbie, Joe, Barbara and Tootie; nephews Randy Warfield, Rick Warfield, Curtis Peters and Chris Peters; uncle, George Edward Spivey; and an aunt, Pat Spivey Billingsley and husband, Jimmy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services for Warren Spivey will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Helena. Reverend Rodger Hooker will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
