Roxie Mae Shipman Moreno, 56, of North Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2009. She was born in Benton, AR to the late John Oliver and Savannah Mae Ward Shipman. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and one sister. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed by all that knew her.

She is survived by two sons, Tony Kelley and Brandon Moreno; one daughter Amberly Moreno Bost; five grandchildren, Wade, Wendy, Daijuhna, and Tyler Kelley and Samuel Bost; one sister, Trudy Birdge; five brothers, Ronnie, Dale, Johnny, Rick and Mike Shipman; and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 6, 2009 at Applehill Cemetery in Ward, Arkansas. Visitation from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
