Wanda (Billing) Grafe, 79, of Alexander, died April 29, 2009 at her residence. She was born August 7, 1929 in Alexander to the late Leslie and Jesse (Scott) Billing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Polly Seamon and one son, Henry B. Grafe, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Grafe; three sons, James Grafe, Lynn Grafe, and Michael Grafe all of Avilla, and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was a former postal worker and a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Avilla. She loved spending time in her vegetable and flower gardens.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Zion Lutheran Church of Avilla with Rev. Dan McDougall officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 7:30 p.m., Friday, May 1, 2009 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047).
