Edna Pearl Raby, 92, of Weiner, Arkansas entered her new life on Monday, April 28, 2008, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
She was born October 8, 1915, in Weiner, Arkansas into the family of John H. and Jessie Tuttle Brown. She was a homemaker and loved gardening and quilting. She was formerly a member of Cooper and Haynes Baptist Church and currently a member of Weiner Christian Church.
Survivors include five sons, James and wife Debbie Raby of Pine Bluff, Gerald and wife, Barbara Raby of Star City, Earl Raby and Ernest Raby of Weiner, and Larry Raby of Jonesboro; two daughters, Betty and husband Noah Kee of Jonesboro, and Doris and husband Danny White of Harrisburg; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leo Raby, four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home in Weiner, AR with Tim Burgess and Mitch Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Weiner Oak Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home in Weiner.
Lasting memorials may be made to the Weiner Fire Department.
