Juanita B. Doss, age 78 of Searcy, died Tuesday, December 4, 2007 in Searcy.

She was born Thursday, May 23, 1929 in Judsonia, Arkansas to George and Pearl Lovitte. She was a member of Searcy Faith Assembly.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Owen Doss of Searcy; six children, James Barlow of Houston, Texas, Louise Neal of West Point, Jimmy Doss of Searcy, Larry Doss of Conway, Barbara Skinner of Searcy, Mary Doss of North Little Rock; one sister, Hazel Duncan of Searcy; one brother, Gary Lovitte of Searcy; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Pearl Lovitte; brother, Wes Lovitte; grandson, Lonnie Barlow; granddaughter, Betty Jane Doss; and daughter-in-law, Rocky Doss.

Visitation was Thursday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Funeral services are Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Judsonia.
