Nadine Hopper, 81, of Bono, passed away on Monday September 3, 2007 at NEA Medical Center. She was born July 30, 1926 in Piggott to T.E. (Bud) and Clara Bryant Allen. She was retired from Frolic, a member of Herman Baptist Church and loved reading, was a caregiver to the elderly and most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Paul Hopper of Forrest City and Richard and Vanessa Hopper of Rockford IL; and a daughter, Betty and Robert Montgomery of Bono; seven grandchildren, Maradyth Hopper, Kristopher Hopper, Melissa Roth, Jennifer Farber, Susan Brown, Ava Montgomery and Robbie Montgomery; and six great grandchildren, Noah Hopper, Bailey Roth, Gavin Roth, Meghan Montgomery, Michael Montgomery and Kaylee Brown.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Goldie Baker and Lucille Stacy.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Thornton officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will include Robbie Montgomery, Jeremy Brock, Leon Hamilton, L.M. Duncan, Ron Kelley and Randall Montgomery.
