Jim Appleby, 48, of Jonesboro died Sunday, July 22, at his residence. He was a member of Nettleton Church of Christ and a former employee of Lowe's and Woodman of the World Insurance Company.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Henry Appleby of the Home; two daughters Jessica Appleby and Sarah Appleby, both of Jonesboro; his father, Jimmie Appleby of Clinton; two brothers, Jeff Appleby of Pensacola, FL and Jack Appleby of Sherwood, AR; and his mother-in-law, Norma Henry Toddy of Jonesboro.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Appleby.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home with Jimmy Young officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include John Binkley, Tim Gill, Matt Gill, Dennis Gregory, Wendall Fletcher, Quention Fletcher, Allen Ashlock, and David Fletcher.

Honorary bearers will include Ike Daughtery, Bud Dillard, David Wolf, John Henry, Bill Lester, Owen Moseley, and Randy Nelms.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
