I loved Aunt Velma. When I was young they said she didn’t talk much. When I became an adult we had good conversation and laughter. We/I never went to Arkansas that I didn’t see her. I did enjoy the last years when I would be at Aunt Kat’s , Aunt Velma and Aunt Fay always came over. It was a girls party. I am Sorry for Chucky , Joann, Jacky. And Lillian. The times seen few the distance long But the Acklin blood makes us a tight family.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I have lots of great memories of Aunt Velma. The cousins in our family have a special bond. I love all of you.

Raven,

I love you so very much. We’ve been friends for sooo many years and I’ve heard hundreds of stories of your nana; I feel like I know her. I love you and your mom so much.
