Carter was born Monday, September 21, 2015, at 4:10 a.m., to parents Casey and Carrie Wells, of Searcy, Arkansas. He was accompanied in birth by his twin sister Chloe Grace Wells. Born at UAMS in Little Rock, he weighed 6 lbs., 1 oz., and was 15 ¾ inches long. He lived 5 hours and 41 minutes, each breath a blessing from God. Carter passed away peacefully in the comfort of his earthly father's arms and went straight into the arms of his Heavenly Father. Even though Carter was not on this earth long, many lives were truly changed for the better because of him.
Carter is survived by his parents, Casey and Carrie Wells; his sisters, Keely and Chloe; his brother, Kyler; his paternal grandparents, Stephen and Kay Wells; his maternal grandparents, Keith and Cathy Wright; his great-grandfather, D.R. Smith; his aunts and uncles, John and Krista Springfield, Jason and Courtney Watson, and Jeremy Wright; his cousins, Keegan, Kohlton, and Korynne Springfield, Clayton and Cadence Watson; and many extended family members and friends.
A small graveside service for family will be held Friday morning in Ravenden, Arkansas. Friends are encouraged to attend a memorial service this Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Cloverdale church of Christ.
