Mr. Levi Potter, 79, of Hagarville, passed away September 2, 2015, at his home. He was born December 26, 1935, in Watonga, OK to John and Edith (Monks) Potter.
Levi married the love of his life Mary (Okopinski) Potter on November 29, 1973 at the Hagarville Baptist church by Bro. Rigdon, and solemnized at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church by Father Sebastian Beshoner on December 26, 1973.
Mr. Potter served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He loved woodworking, timber, farming, wrestling, fishing, hunting deer, going to Wal-Mart to visit, eating, bush hogging, working cattle and helping others. He was a trapper, firefighter, constable, and First Responder. Levi had a strong love of family and would always say, ''Give the family my love.''
Mr. Potter is preceded in death by his parents; brother, J.B. Potter; brother-in-law, Frank Hardgrave, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Okopinski) Potter of Hagarville; sons, Bradford Lee Potter of Gumlog, John Thomas Potter of Hagarville and Stephen Joseph Potter of Hagarville; sister Louise Hardgrave of Hagarville; sister-in-law Lela Potter of Tacoma, WA; brother-in-law, Joseph and Deborah Okopinski of Magnolia, TX; four nieces and two nephews.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00p.m., Monday, September 7, 2015, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Potter's funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jim Wilson officiating. Marty Tumbleson, John Hull, David Graves, Gary Crotts, I.W. Owen, Jim Tabor, Bob Sparks, Frankie Keylon, Johnny Keylon, and Members of RFD #7 will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

Yet another Brother in Arms has reached his final mission on earth and now reports for his next duty assignment.
