Billy D. McBee, 73, of Wright passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015, at St. Vincent's Hospice in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Bill was born to Roy McBee and Audrey Mae Foreman at Beebe, Arkansas, on February 21, 1942. Bill was reared and educated in Humphrey and England, Arkansas.
For those who knew Bill, would have rarely seen him on a ladder or a roof, but knew that he was a talented crop duster pilot. Bill was a career truck driver and loved fishing, hunting, working in the garden, and cracking jokes. Bill is preceded in death by his parents and step-daughter, Misty Biggs.
Bill is survived by his wife Geneva of Wright; his daughters, Deanne McBee of Keo, AR, and Kristy (Mike) Heavner of Mabelvale, AR; step-sons, Steve Orrell, of Little Rock, AR; Chris Orrell of Little Rock, AR; Carl Allen Biggs of White Hall, AR, and David Biggs of Hawaii; along with 10 grandchildren and two great grand-children.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at Plum Bayou Baptist Church located at 8214 Hwy 256 in Wright, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., services at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Seth Givens officiating. Funeral services are under the direction of Roller-England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939.

Bill always had a welcome hand to shake, a funny story to tell, and was one of the best meat smokers ever. I always enjoyed the few visits we were able to have. I know he's with God and Misty watching over us all. Bet you never thought that old crop duster would take you that high, huh? See you one day soon!! RIP Sir, I didn't know you but knowing you were a truck driver and that your daughter DeeAnn is such a wonderful person, I can only imagine that you will be sorely missed. RIP Sir and suffer no more in the arms of God!

Moment if he was around.
We extend our sympathy to family and friends.I have fond memories of watching cartoons with Billy and Dog/Dumpy on Saturday mornings the summer of 1968.It was the only time I remember hearing him talk and laugh,mostly to Dumpy but fun never the less.
