Kathryn Hall, 80, of Batesville, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter in Searcy. She was born in Jamestown, Arkansas on May 26, 1935 to Garland Walter and Ruth (Lovell) Worthen. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a caring, loveable, and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family was the most important thing to her. She attended West Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Sterling Hall of the home; a son, David Hall and his wife, Ann, of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; a daughter, Pat Williams of Searcy; three grandchildren, Shawn Maser and partner, Susan Alford, of Batesville, Steven Williams and his wife, Vanessa of Leesville, LA, and Amy Varnell and her husband, David of Cabot; and six great-grandchildren, Daniel Maser of Jerusalem, Israel, Charles McMullen, Myla Varnell, and Brenna Varnell all of Cabot, AR, Kathryn Williams and Jackson Williams both of Leesville, LA. Other survivors include a brother, Danny Worthen and his wife, Jennifer, of Las Vegas, NV; and two sisters, Peggy Carpenter of Conway, AR and Pamela Shurmantine of Atlanta, GA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Oaklawn Cemetery with James Donald Wheeler officiating and under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.

There will not be a public visitation.
