Memories were with me last night as I watched fireworks of another time in Vicki's yard in Wisconsin on a different 4th of July.. with Darin lighting rockets and firecrackers and David, Logan, Jonathan, and Gabe having a great time. Darin made those kind of times a whole lot of fun. He will be missed. I send you my prayers.

Dear Uncle Darin,
The first word that always pops in to my head when I think about you is "fun". Whenever you would visit I would first see that big smile and then you would give me a hug and pinch my butt 😀. You always had a great sense humor and I knew I would have a lot of laughs when I saw you. You've been an inspiration to me to try and bring that enjoyment to others and to put their needs before my own. I hope I can honor your memory by being the uncle you were to me to my nieces and nephews. I love you and you will be truly missed.
Your Nephew, Tony King
