I was in Band with Sherry. We weren't best friends but we were good friends. I have lost touch with most of my friends but they still are a part of me. Sherry is still a part of me. She made me laugh & smile. Something we all need more of.
My heart goes out to her family and close friends. I will be thinking a lot about Sherry. Those of you who knew Sherry & our dearly departed friend Chuck Matthews will get this, it still resonates after all these years...

Sherry I know for sure you have caught up with school mates that gone before you. Heaven is buzzin, they have gotten one of the BEST flute player at Bryant. So strike up BAND!
RIP my friend. Tell St. Peter to hold open the gate. I am coming, just coming real slow. So until we meet up again, on the other side keep the band a playing as we all make our way there.
