Mrs. Stevens, So sorry for you, Michael and Fran. Mr. Stevens was the best to everyone who knew him; the most loving person I knew. I loved him too and will miss being able to talk to him. He always had the kindest words. It is comforting to know that he is no longer in pain, but in God's comfortable arms. The angels rejoice. We (Cyndy, Jenni, I, and the WV, MD grandkids) share your grief. I pray for your comfort as you go through this season. Blessings, Mrs. Stevens, I love you. Lou
Hi G'nelle, Jerry Gasaway sent me Morris' obit. I am proud to have worked for Morris from 1962 in Tulsa to 1977 in Little Rock. He was a fine person. I remember our Orbit square dance sessions of 50 years ago. It seems incredible to use the expression "50 years ago". I am wishing the very best for you and yours.
Mrs. Stevens, Fran, and Mike - I am so saddened to hear of Mr. Stevens passing. I can't find the words to express how sorry I am for your loss. Growing up across the street from you all was a blessing. Russell and I will keep you in our prayers.
I worked for Morris from 1977-1985 in Product Engineering at Orbit Valve Company. He was a very patient and fair manager with an excellent knowledge of engineering and the Orbit Valve.
I met Morris back in 1981 at Orbit Valve. He was the Product Engineering Manager at that time and he was a good mentor to me and anyone who wanted to learn the product and design. He was a kind, patient man with a bright spirit. When I bring his face up into my mind it is always with that soft genuine smile.
It was a blessing to know him.
May the Morris Family find peace in their shared memories of this beloved man during this very had time.

We were blessed to be next door neighbors of Morris and G'nelle and family for many years. We always enjoyed the annual Christmas card with G'nelle's meticulous handwriting. Our thoughts are with G'nelle and the children.

I am blessed to have known Morris several years, as a member of our Sunday school class and as a dear friend. He was the most kindhearted and loving person. A visit to Morris and G'Nelle was always uplifting to witness the great love that was so obvious they had for each other.
Our condolences to the Stevens family. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. Such wonderful memories of visiting your home those many years ago and feeling a part of your family.
Love, Mandy
