Family of Stella: We were so very sad to hear of Stella's passing. My husband and I are both from Paris and have known the family and gone to St. Joseph school with the children.I have watched many a Sat. when Stella would be at mass as she sat several pews in front of me. God grant you all and Stella peace.I'm sure she is reaping the rewards she so well deserves in the loving arms of her heavenly family.

It feels to me like part of my Mom (Betty Zimmer) just left with the passage of Stella! I am so sad to know of your loss, and I hope you all have wonderful memories of her, forever. However, I also can just envision these 2 friends meeting now, and immediately hugging and sitting down for coffee to catch up! I have a darling picture of them, about 7 years ago, when I brought Mom down to visit Stella - big smiles on both their faces! You are in my prayers and thoughts!

Donna and Family: Your Mom and my Mom(Betty Zimmer) were the best of friends for many, many years. I think Stella was just about the only reason Mom hated to leave Paris after so many years there. She had lost all of her family by then, and wanted to be closer to Jo Ann and I, but she really missed Stella. I so remember them always exchanging recipes, getting cutting of flowers from each other to plant in their respective gardens. That garden of your Mom's was always so beautiful, I know she must have spent hours upon hours keeping it so beautiful. Both of our families had the pleasure of having them in our lives for a lot of years but it still hurts when they leave us. I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to ask my Mom a question but she isn't here anymore to answer them. Love to all the family and may you all enjoy all the memories that you have of her.
