I can remember going to my Aunt Glady's house, she would have her duster on, she would be cooking something. She would always offer us anything to eat or drink. I also remember her clean smell in her house, she was always wiping something, stove, cabinets, tables. Always smiling, always making sure you were loved and cared for. You didn't leave hungry or thirsty. She was always smiling. Such a happy soul. Never a negative tone in her voice at all. Will miss you, but know you lived a good life here and left a legacy for all your families. What a grand reunion with Mr. Homer, Faber, CB, Jean, Amon, Grandma Rena and other loved ones and especially your Lord and Savior. Love you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Ms. Black is such a testimony, inspiration, and blessing. I have such fond childhood memories of her and Mr. Homer that I will always cherish.
Paul, our prayers are with you and your family.
