This is heartbreaking. My prayers are with her family.
Amy brought joy to one's heart simply by being near her. She was one of those rare "lights unto the world."
I pray for God's peace in the hearts of those she left behind.

MAy God wrap his arms around your family with comfort in your time of loss. She will be missed by her many friends and family. Amy was a blessing in many lives, she touched our family as a teen and spent many times at our house, a caring and loving person with an infectious smile. God bless you all in your time of grief, remember the smiles and love she left behind.

My heart aches and I pray for all of Amy's family, many friends, Josh and all of those who have had the blessing to have known her. Amy touched so many lives for the good. I'm grateful to have had the chance to know her from Elementary to High School. During these times especially, she was one of my oldest, dearest best friends and she will forever hold a special place in my heart. Amy had a heart of gold, almost always smiling (even if she were hurting), caring, kindhearted, talented, generous, energetic...so much. I will forever carry the many memories (and scars) we shared. Every time I see the scar on my leg I'm reminded of you, Amy. Remember the time when we were at the creek by my house as young girls, where we weren't supposed to be, sitting up on top a barb wire fence with a railroad cross tie across? Of course it broke, and I got a huge deep gash in my leg so you being you, took your sock off and wrapped it around my bleeding leg. We walked back to my house, cleaned and treated it as we thought fit and acted like nothing happened. Yes, perhaps, it should have been better treated, at the very least a tetanus shot, but we were tough country girls...love you Amy Riggin! We may have to let you go, but we never have to forget. Please know so many people are thinking of you, your family, Josh, family and lifting y'all up in prayer. I hope, in time, all the great memories will comfort everyone. Love, Regina

So hard to believe you are no longer here with us, your presence in our lives will forever be missed, whether we saw you daily or a few times a year at family functions, didn't matter, family is family. You made an impact on our lives just by being the unique, talented, artistic, intelligent individual you were, God gifted you with beauty on the outside, and the ability to see the beauty in all of his creation from the inside. I have no doubt you have sat beside him and the "journalist" in you has interviewed him by now, and all of the questions you've ever had have been answered...No doubt it is the highlight of your career!!.....We love you Sweet Amy, give love and hugs to all of those who have gone before us that greeted you when you arrived, and we will see you when we get there!!
