Glen S DavidsonI am a Veteran.

of Springdale, AR

January 22, 1922 - November 12, 2014

Glen S. Davidson, of Harrison, our precious husband, father, and Pepa, saw his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ face to face Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Waiting there for him were his parents, William and Daisy Davidson; his five sisters; three brothers; and a host of family and friends. He was born January 22, 1922, in Yardelle, Arkansas. Glen's siblings are Delight Bruflatt, Jewel Nelson, Oliver Davidson, Daisy Owens, Pearl Pratt, Gean Davidson, Bonnie Hopkins, June Wilson and Jim Davidson.

Glen and Evon were married April 19, 1942, in Mt. Judea, Arkansas. From this union two daughters were born, Kay Wells and husband Bill of Columbus, Georgia and Mary Dennis and husband Robert of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, all of whom survive him.

Glen is also survived by his grandchildren, Billy Wells of New York, NY, Kenny Wells of Fortson, GA, Rebecca and Steve Eddins of Georgia, David Wells of Ashville, NC, Manday Eddins, Heather and Scott Outler of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Bobby and Misty Dennis of Bentonville, Arkansas, Robin and Stephen Fulton of Springdale, Arkansas and Suzette and Dustin Manen of Highfill, Arkansas.

Glen is also survived by his great-grandchildren, Will, Candice, and Joseph Eddins, Jimmy, Joshua, Isabella, Sicily, Lilliana and Flora Wells, Ryan, Brayden, Rhett and Chandler Marrell, Blake and Brandon Outler, Tucker and Sloan Dennis, Melina and Madeline Fulton and Kyah, Tatum, and Berkley Manen.

Glen served in the U. S. Navy from 1942 to 1945, as a Hospital Apprentice 1st Class. He owned and operated the Harrison Dental Lab for more than 50 years. After retiring, he enjoyed wood carving, which he was a master at, and gave us all a little bit of himself to remember him by. Glen and Evon enjoyed camping at the lake with friends and family. He was a charter member and deacon of Pine Street Missionary Baptist Church where he served for many years.

Words are inadequate to describe the love, respect, admiration and devotion that we have for our husband and father. His hand provided for our physical needs; his heart gave us love; and his faith pointed us to the Father above. We'll see you soon Glen, Dad, and Pepa!

Visitation was Saturday, November 15, 2014, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Services were Saturday, November 15, 2014, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Stephen Fulton officiating. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bobby Dennis, Steve Eddins, Billy Wells, Ryan Marrell, Brayden Marrell and Will Eddins. Honorary Pallbearers are Rhett Marrell, Darrell Greenhaw, Darrell Purdy, Charles Greenhaw and Mike Greenhaw.

Mary, I am sorry I wasn't able to attend your dad's service, but we were out of town. He was such a wonderful Christian man and father. The video was so great. You have such a beautiful family - God has truly blessed you and Robert. Please know that my prayers are with you during this time. We are never ready to let our loved ones go, no matter the years or circumstances, yet we rejoice in knowing we will be reunited with them soon. Love you - Jeanie
