Melanie,
I am so sorry for your loss, and apologize for not checking or knowing sooner. Grace and I will be keeping you all in our prayers. Please don't hesitate to contact me if there is ANYTHING that I can do to help out in any way...Jacksonville is super-close, and no request is too big or small. Praying that your family can find peace and comfort in knowing that there is now another angel with our heavenly Father, helping to prepare our eternal home and watch over things here. Special prayers for your little ones, and that your sorrow will pass, so that you may cherish, remember and embrace the joy and blessings that you all shared, for the much too short time that Dave was here. Hugs and heartfelt prayers from here, and again, please let me know if there is anything at all that I can do.

Melanie and family,
I want to express my deepest sympathy over your recent loss. Dave was such a wonderful, caring person. He was always so much fun here in Springfield, MO. He was kind enough even after you moved to the Little Rock area, he stayed in contact with me. That was so special, only a few fellow employees have taken that initiative. I am thrilled to see that Scouts were so important to you and your family. I mourn the fact the troop lost such a wonderful leader. If we can do anything other than send prayers during this difficult time, please let me know.
A bright light has gone out on our street. Dave was the Mayor of Maumelle Drive. He was never too shy to offer his opinion, on any subject, to all of us. But most of all, he never failed to help and support everyone on our street.
Dave, we always knew you would wave and stop in the street in front of our house when you were on one of your errands. You always had something to report on.
You will be missed.
Our deepest heart-felt condolences to your family from the nuclear pharmacy staff in Springfield, MO. We all appreciated Dave's sense of humor and great smile when he was part of our team. We will remember many fond and funny stories about him and from him. He will always be remembered.
Melanie,
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Tom, and Lauren during this difficult time.
Love, Pam
Melanie, Tom and Lauren,
It is with deep sadness that I offer our condolences. You guys have been great neighbors and Dave was always available to help when Jerry found himself stumped by a project. We will miss that infectious smile and his warm gentle heart and spirit. The neighborhood will not be the same. If there is anything you need just call. Lovingly submitted
We may not understanding why sad things happen, may it somehow help to know how much we care.
