Alma J. Cash, 88, of Benton passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in Little Rock. She was born July 29, 1926 in Little Rock to the late Albert and Nira Grimmett Cheatham. Mrs. Cash was a CNA for the State of Arkansas and was a member of Smyrna Bible Church.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard P. Cash, two sons, Larry D. Matthews and Rusty Lynn Matthews; and one daughter, Beverly G. Matthews Williams.
Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Cash of Benton, Dee Matthews Drummond of Little Rock, and Cathy Sanford of Hot Springs; two sons, Dennis Ray Matthews of Bryant and Michael Matthews of Tulsa, OK, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Cold Springs Cemetery in Paron.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, September 12th at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047).
