Donald Allen Stice was born on Wednesday, May 18, 1960 in Lincoln, Nebraska to John M. Stice and Ermal Cowden Stice. He died on Saturday, August 23, 2014, in West Plains, Missouri, at the age of 54 years, 3 months, and 6 days of age.
Donald was a very fun loving person who liked to joke around, had a good sense of humor, was kind hearted, and loved to watch sports on TV. He was a 1979 graduate of Batesville High School, he served his country in the United States Navy, and was employed at Armstrong Flooring Manufacturing in West Plains, Missouri.
Donald is survived by his mother, Ermal Cowden Stice of Batesville, a sister, Mandy Stice Hall of Lime Spring, Iowa, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Stice, his twin brother, Douglas Stice, and brothers Johnny and Terry Stice.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 26, at 4:00 p.m., at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home Chapel, Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, August 25, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Skarbek, Kyle Skarbek, Charles Stice, Lelande Smith, Johnny Johnson, and Dustin Robbins.

Donald Stice was truly one of the kindest souls I have ever met. I have lovely memories of talking and laughing with him in high school. Even though it has been years since I last saw him, his presence will most certainly be missed.

Donald work for me at Armstrong for a while. I know he loved sports.we never talked about the same things he always had a good story to tell. I am really glad I got to know Donald. He will be greatly missed.
