Just got in from Florida and are so sad to hear of Angela's passing. Heaven is a brighter place because of her beautiful smile and her love for Christ. The princess pillowcase that Angela made for Jordyn is still in use and I've heard Jordyn share the story of the pillowcase ministry with her friends. What a blessing Angela was to this old world. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Payne family:
I knew Angela and her family were very special when Steve first told me about Angela. As she fought a valiant battle with such a horrible disease, I realized that her name was no coincidence. She really is an Angel, with or without the "a." God has such great plans for this special Angel. She has influenced many, many people. Kathy, I know you never left her side which is remarkable. You were Arkansas Mother of the year long before you were selected. What a legacy your special Angela leaves for us.

Payne Family,

I have enjoyed the many years that I have been able to spend with Angela, watching her smile through tough times and the many pictures of life events. She was always strong and very courageous with all she dealt with. Your beautiful daughter, sibling and friend to many, will be missed but never forgotten.

I remember Angela and her family singing "I Will Praise You In This Storm" one Sunday morning and it forever changed my heart. Angela was truly an inspiration. Praying for her family, may her memories live in your hearts forever, and may God comfort and heal you.
