Ruby (Boots) Mae Allen was born in Oklahoma on May 25, 1923 to Sam and Zanna Brady. She left this earth on July 17, 2014. Ruby was 91 years old.

Ruby loved fishing, reading her Bible every night and most of all, she loved her family. A loving mother-grandmother and friend. She was a Christian, and of the Baptist Faith.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, David Ray Allen and one granddaughter, Betsy Allen and 3 sisters and 1 brother.

She is survived by her children, Billy (Pat) Allen of Kansas, Phillip Allen of North Carolina, Tammy (Terry) Williams of Searcy, four granddaughters, Kimberly (James) Rix, Teresa Clearly, Barbie Clearly and Jessica (David) Hodges and one grandson, Justin Williams, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-great-grandchild, four sisters, Mary M., Pat Kalahele, Thelma Ortego, Maxine Higgins and friends.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Roller-Daniel funeral Home in Searcy. Funeral Services at 2 PM Monday, July 21, 2014 in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Heber Springs, Arkansas at 4:15 PM.

Tammy I'm so sorry about your mom. Just happened to see this on here tonight. I did not know she had passed. I will never forget the times I spent at your house your mom was always so sweet. Never forget the squirrel.
