I am sorry for the loss of such a good friend and good Christian man. Rex was always a lifting person who could make everyone smile when they were around him. He was in school with two of my siblings and there was a great age difference between he and I, but he always made me feel as if I was an equal while around him. And I loved his fiddle music.

I have very fond memories of Rex"The breadman" who came to Woodsmans in Norfork for so many years. He always had a smile and a kind word. I am very saddened to learn of his passing. May he rest in peace. Prayers for his beloved family.
We were so saddened to hear of Rex's passing. I just talked to him on the phone last week. In fact, he was our lifeline to Mountain Home. He would keep us informed of everything going on back there. He was like a brother to me. We grew up together through high school and attended the same college. I am going to miss him so very much. With Charlene's weakened heart, we always thought Rex would outlive her, but the Lord had a different plan and decided that Rex, being the special man he was, should go ahead and prepare a place for Charlene in heaven! Our hearts and prayers are with his children, grandchildren, great grandchild and his siblings. Rest in peace, old buddy, and we'll see you later!!
It is with our deepest sorrow to hear of Rex,s passing,we loved when he would come and play music with us, music was one of his special thing,s to do. he will be missed so very much, and the music circle will never be the same, our sympathy goes out to all the family, love you Charlene.

To the family of Rex McGuire.I got acquainted with Rex when we were freshmen at MHHS. He was one of my best friends in school and best people anyone would ever want to know! He will be greatly missed.
Not enough good things to say to such a lovely family except you were loved unconditionally
by the best man we ever had the pleasure to know.. We were proud to call him friend and will miss him terribly. Thank you for letting us be a part of your family, we love you all very much.
So saddened to hear of Rex passing. Our sympathy to his family and his many friends.
I was so sorry to hear about Rex's passing. Rex was part of my house band from the beginning to the end of my Monday Night Jamboree Show.
Oh how the fans loved his Orange Blossom Special. I will never forget his wonderful smile and the wave of his bow, as he gave them what they wanted.
He was also a dear friend. Long after the Jamboree ended, the phone would ring and Rex would be on the other end. He'd give me gardening tips, but our conversation always turned to music.
I will miss his fiddling, his smile, and those phone calls. Holding Charlene & the family in my prayers. Play OBS for the angels Rex. <3
We are so sorry to hear of REX. Our prayers are with you in this time of loss. We knew he had been sick, but did not know any thing else.
