So sorry to hear of Randy's passing. My brother and I grew up with Randy, Terry and "the twins" and I hold on to many happy memories. Randy was my "little brother". My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
The world was a better place with Randy Bland in it.He was not only my employee and coworker but my friend. No one loved and adored his children like Randy. He lived his life as a father should both praising their accomplishments on and off the field as well as disciplining them when necessary. Feasts at Benton Redi Mix and them Martin Marietta were filled with his laughter and humorous stories. Even though he will be missed, we are assured he is in heaven. Good bye ole friend until we meet again and God bless all this great man's family.
RANDY WAS 1 OF THE WARMEST AND KINDESS PEOPLE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. HIS EASY MANNER AND QUICK WHIT MADE HIM A TRUE PLEASURE TO BE AROUND. HIS WILL BE 1 OF THE MOST WELCOMED SOULS IN HEAVEN.
WE LOVE YOU RANDY

Our thoughts and prayers to all of the family. What sad news to learn of Randy's passing. I know all of you are heartbroken. Some day you will be reunited! It is the thought that gets us through the day.
A great loss and very sad day for me. Having worked very close with Randy during his last twelve years with MMM. I got to understand how important his children were to him.
He was one of the top few people I admired most. I could only try to be as caring a Father.
I missed him when he had to retire and more now.
