Carroll Wayne ''Stash'' Brewer, 61, of Conway passed away Saturday March 29, 2014. He was born November 29, 1952 in San Rafael, CA.
Wayne was a longtime member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and a graduate of Conway High School, where his classmates voted him as the most handsome of his class. Wayne was a professional bull rider for several years and a member of PRCA and the IRA. He also worked as a heavy equipment operator in construction. Wayne had a great love for the outdoors and enjoyed all sports especially rodeos and baseball. He enjoyed spending time with his pit bulls, his favorite being ''Boss Hawg''. Wayne enjoyed living life and spending time with family and friends.
Wayne is survived by his parents, Raymond Carroll and Jean Wilson Brewer of Conway, three brothers, Michael Brewer of North Little Rock, Curtis Brewer of Conway, Tim R. Brewer (Glenda) of Holland and niece, Cheyenne Brewer.
Funeral services are at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 1st at Church On The Hill in Conway, with Rev. Robert McDaniel, Pastor Todd Spradlin, and his brother Curtis Brewer officiating. Burial will follow at Caney Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Gaither, Paschal Swaffar, Tom Krumbach, Steve Daugherty, Dennis Ruple, Dan Thessing, Bill Lewis, and Rob McDonald. Honorary pallbearers will be Teddy Bishop, Ed Swaffar, Ronnie Outzs, Richard Yielding, Mark Lindsey, and Jerry Martin. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway (501) 327-7727.
