Dear Bobby and Family,
I can't say enough about how we all felt about Bill.
Gee, I'm going to miss him at the Center and the dances. I always gave him a hug at noon and would ask "How is my sweet boy?" He had such a wonderful attitude and was full of wit with a sharp mind. When I would go to my e-mails I would always get e-mails from Bill. I will miss that too.
We are sad, but Heaven is a happier place now since Bill Starkey is there.
Terry, Tim and Judith,

So sorry for your loss. Praying for peace and comfort for you all, during this difficult time.
For several years now we have seen Bill three times a week ---in Sunday School every week at Antioch; in Bible study on Wednesday night; and at Gospel Singing every Tuesday at the Conway Senior's Center. He was always the same ---a precious friend with a wonderful smile. Oh, that the world was full of Bill Starkeys! We will miss him greatly! Our love and prayers to his dear family.
Starkey Family,
I got to know Bill at the Conway Senior Center. He was a member of the Bean Bag Baseball Team there, where he played for 8 years. The team traveled to many other sites in our 6 county region and Bill was much loved by all the teams he competed against. He touched many lives through that game. My life was much better just knowing Bill! There is one more angel in Heaven today! He will truly be missed!! Please know you all are in our thoughts and prayers!
I love Bill Starkey; I love his family.
Please know I care-and shall always remember that smile.

Deepest sympathy to all
Bill was truly one of my heroes, and I already miss him greatly. Despite his physical afflictions, he was always happy and smiling, and I never heard him complain about anything. He taught me a lot about life just by that wonderful, positive attitude.
May God bless his family, including all of his friends at the Conway Senior Wellness & Activity Center, as we adjust to his passing.
Judith, Terry and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a great guy. I'm sure he and your mom have already caught up with each other. I know he will be missed at the Sr. Center and at church, and by his many other friends. I'm glad I got to talk with him last October when I was in Conway.
