Paul E. Tate, age 72, of Clarksville, Arkansas died Tuesday, June 7, 2005, at the Johnson Regional Medical Center. He was a used car dealer and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Beatrice Leding Tate, a son, Vincent Tate and his wife, Carla of Lowell, Arkansas, 3 Daughters, Shirley Tolar of Clarksville, Arkansas, Brenda Tate of Ozark, Arkansas, and Nancy Hurst and her husband Edward of Coal Hill, Arkansas; 4 Brothers, Joe Tate of Lamar, Arkansas, Guy and Loyd Tate of Ozone, Arkansas, and Joseph Tate of Clarksville, Arkansas; 6 Sisters, Betty Lou Tate, Goldie Marie Stewart, Dolly Sinor, Lorene Kay Brasfield, and Velma Tate, all of Clarksville, Arkansas, and Ruby Fowler of Ozark, Arkansas; 12 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 10, 2005 at the Roller~Cox Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Charlie Boone officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Altus, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 7 - 8:30 P.M. Thursday at the Funeral Home.
