Tony G. McSpadden JR., 46, of Mt. Vernon passed from this life on October, 24, 2013. He was born on February 5, 1967 to Tony and Yvonne McSpadden in Little Rock, AR. Tony loved life and spending time with his friends and family, served as a Paramedic with MEMS, and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of ten years, Lisa, one son; Noah, brother, David McSpadden (Penny), fourteen nieces and nephews, a host of aunts and uncles, and numerous friends. Tony is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 27, at 2:00 pm at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon with burial to follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway on Saturday.

I am one of the lucky ones that your husband helped during the first week of August this year.. His compassion and care for a total stranger, made me understand that he was there to help me survive. I am so sorry for your loss . i just knew he was an angel. but i wish he could have stayed an earth angel much longer........i will never forget him.....Thank you GOD for him being the one to answer the call to rescue me.....i will NEVER forget him.....

Tony was a great man and longtime friend from school prayer breakfasts to watching him grow as a great Christian man in awana and church, A good family man,dedicated,dependable and fun to be around with his great personality.i will always remember his testimony in church .
