I am the daughter of Eugene and Mary Lou Smart, Joy. Was just telling cousin Deborah, I remember Walter being one of Dad's friends as a kid...Sorry to hear of his passing. Watching the video clip, made me think of some places him and dad might have been fishing or hunting. God Bless you all with the comfort only God can give you at a time like this!

Mary Lee, Gail Sue, Gary & Troy,
I know this is the hardest time for your family. Please know that God is with you and He knows your pain. My relief was in the fact that Mom and Dad did not have to suffer any longer. Maybe you can see some since of comfort in that fact. Love you all! Mary Kathryn

It was a pleasure to minister to Walter, he loved to sing gospel, and at times he would attend the church services when he was able. Praise God, he has graduated to Heaven never to hurt again.
